People seem to be confused about this, or else not choosing their words correctly. Marvel owns the rights to all of the Marvel characters, including the ones who have films being made at Fox and elsewhere.

As for your specific question, sorry, but I can’t get into the details of our assorted contracts as to who-has-optioned-what.

I'm pretty sure the first Night Thrasher wasn't a mutant but this answer sounds like no Fox has them don't they?! 😭😭😭😭😔
